Return Policy:

I stand behind the quality and workmanship of every piece I produce, therefore, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me so I can do everything in my power to make you happy.  
Refunds:

• problem with workmanship or quality - 100% purchase price + shipping both ways
• buyer remorse: 100% purchase price upon return of item in the same condition it was shipped out in. No shipping refund.  Buyer pay return shipping,

Shipping Policy:

• Shipments are made within 48 hours of payment (exception of weekends and holidays) on stock items.  Special orders may take longer.
• I ship via USPS First Class Mail which can take from 2 to 7 days.
• Other shipping methods are available upon request.
• A delivery confirmation is provided for every shipment.
• Insurance is provided upon request.
• Insurance is required on shipment of over $150.00
